Details that are out of date
Has a listed firm moved from the island to Mussafah, changed its phone or WhatsApp number, dropped the service its list is about or closed for good? Write to info@mybestabudhabi.com with the firm’s name and the list you saw it on. We will take another look and correct the page.
A firm that is missing
If you know an Abu Dhabi clinic, garage, contractor or consultancy that belongs on one of the lists, send us its name and area. It will face the same four questions as every firm already listed, explained on ‘How we select’.
Owners and managers
‘For Abu Dhabi firms’, in the menu, is where an owner claims a listing at no cost, corrects its opening times, location, services and wording, and reads what Pro and Top include. A firm with no listing yet can be put forward from there as well.
Questions we can’t answer
We are unable to advise on medical, legal, immigration, financial or building matters, book a job or a visa for you, or handle a dispute with a listed firm. Please do not send us medical details, Emirates ID numbers or copies of passports. In an emergency, call 999 for the police, 998 for an ambulance or 997 for Civil Defence.
Problems with a firm
Raise the problem with the firm first. If that gets nowhere, complaints about shops and services licensed on the Abu Dhabi mainland go to the consumer protection team of the Department of Economic Development, through TAMM. Health matters go to the Department of Health, school matters to ADEK and work disputes to MoHRE.
