The rules for using My Best Abu Dhabi, free lists of Abu Dhabi firms: an editorial view rather than advice, with nothing booked and nothing charged to readers.
Scope
Anyone visiting My Best Abu Dhabi at mybestabudhabi.com, a free set of lists covering clinics, contractors, garages, schools, consultancies and other firms in Abu Dhabi and its mainland suburbs, is bound by these terms. Carrying on with the site means accepting them.
An opinion, not advice
Each list sets out our editorial view of which firms deserve a look for one particular need, and in which order. It is no substitute for medical, legal, immigration, financial, technical or other professional advice, nor is it a promise about any firm’s work, prices, safety, licences or availability.
We are not the firm
My Best Abu Dhabi treats no one, repairs nothing, processes no visas or company licences, gives no quotes, makes no bookings and never charges readers. You deal with each firm directly, and any contract, warranty, maintenance agreement or payment plan binds you and that firm alone.
How the lists are made
Each is built from facts in the public domain about the firms, what their customers say, what the firms publish and the four questions on ‘How we select’. Pro gives a firm its own fuller page, and Top puts it among the opening three of a list that had already chosen it. Both plans are labelled, and neither means we have checked or approved the firm.
Confirm before you rely on it
We go back over the lists, but phone numbers, addresses, hours, services and prices change. Check them with the firm itself, ask for quotes and contracts in writing with VAT shown, and check any licence the work needs with the authority that issues it.
Business pages
A person who claims a listing declares their right to manage it, confirms that the firm holds the licences its activity requires and stands behind everything they add as accurate and lawful. We may edit or take down content that falls short. Each plan’s price and renewal terms are shown before payment, which Stripe handles.
Fair use
The site may not be used for unlawful purposes, copied in bulk by automated tools, probed for areas closed to the public, used to impersonate someone else or fed with false information.
Our content
The writing, the selection and ranking of firms, the site’s design and the My Best Abu Dhabi name are the property of the site’s owner or licensed to it. A brief quotation with a link to the source page is welcome. Reproducing more of it requires our written consent.
Liability and changes
Within the limits the law sets, My Best Abu Dhabi accepts no responsibility for the work, products or advice of listed firms, nor for what other websites publish. Any right the law protects from exclusion stays intact. These terms may be revised, and the text published here when you read it is the one in effect.
